Description FunFly Van-de-Graaff Wand

With the Van-de-Graaff wand, you can make small figures made of polyester film float as if by magic and control them afterwards. It works as follows:

Inside the wand, there is a so-called Van-de-Graaff generator. A Van-de-Graaff generator is a device that can generate very high electrical voltages. These voltages then ensure that the figures made of polyester film also get charged as soon as they are near the wand. They are then repelled by it, which makes the figures float and can be controlled by the wand. With a little practice, other maneuvers are also possible, such as making the figures jump back and forth between the hand and the wand by charging your own body.

The wand is about 48cm long and has a diameter of 2cm. It comes with 3 polyester film figures and requires two AA batteries to operate (not included). An English manual is included. Despite the high electrical voltage, the operation is, of course, completely safe, as the electrical currents that could be generated would be very, very low.
