Anyone who has ever travelled through Azeroth knows the battle cry: "For the Alliance!" In World of Warcraft, Blizzard's online role-playing game, two factions have faced off since 2004: the Alliance and the Horde. The Alliance, made up of humans, dwarves, elves and gnomes, has its heart in Stormwind, a city of bright stone, over which blue banners with golden lion heads wave. And after a long raid, a piece of tavern simply belongs in your own home.

That's exactly what the World of Warcraft Beer Mug Alliance is for. All around it shows what makes Stormwind special: masonry, wooden planks and a coat of arms with a lion's head, flanked by two golden griffins, the loyal flying mounts of the Alliance, plus crossed arrows. On the back hangs the blue Alliance banner, on the side a lion shield with fur trim. The handle ends in a lion's head and bears turquoise stones, and at the top shines a stainless steel rim. At around 1.35 kg, it sits as solid in the hand as a proper war hammer.

For all those who want to show their allegiance to the lion on their shelf too. And if anyone from the Horde asks: the mug is already taken ;)
